As a Colorado native, I was fortunate to earn a full-ride scholarship to Iowa State University, which set the foundation for my career in athletics. I later transferred to the University of Northern Colorado in 1997, where I completed my Bachelor's in Communication before earning my Master's in Athletic Administration from Ohio University.

For over 18 years, I served as a high school Athletic Director dedicating my career to the same thing that drives me today: serving kids through sports.

I started Now U Sports because I saw a gap. The recruiting process can be overwhelming, confusing, and impersonal. Families need more than emails and algorithms they need hands-on guidance from someone who's been in the trenches.

This isn't just a business for me. It's a continuation of the work I've done my entire career: showing up for young athletes, advocating for their potential, and helping them navigate the path to collegiate sports with clarity and confidence.
